Nancy Fitzgerald, CEO
Nancy Fitzgerald is an award-winning executive within the automotive finance industry. As CEO, Nancy leads iLendingDIRECT’s executive team and drives the company’s strategic vision and business plan. She also fosters relationships and develops partnerships with national financial companies to help provide their customers with exceptional financial services. Nancy has been awarded the Auto Remarketing Women in Remarketing Award (2016), the Insights Success Magazine’s 30 Most Influential Women in Business (2016), and was a nominee for the 2019 Denver Business Journal’s Outstanding Women In Business.
Tom Holgate, President & COO
Tom Holgate is responsible for driving growth initiatives and efficiently scaling operations to meet the needs of new and existing business ventures. Prior to joining iLendingDIRECT, he served as COO of BFS Capital, where he implemented strategies that resulted in drastic improvement in loan request response time, developed a quality control program, and grew recovery collections revenue; all of which drove significant revenue growth. Before BFS Capital, Tom worked for such notable companies as Southern Auto Finance Company, American Credit Acceptance, Freedom Financial Group, Wells Fargo Financial, and American General Financial Group.
Nick Goraczkowski, SVP of Sales
Nick Goraczkowski is an executive leader in the finance industry with more than 20 years of experience. Nick oversees iLendingDIRECT’s entire sales department, loan consultant training program, and business development with lender partners. Under his leadership, the iLendingDIRECT salesforce has grown from a small handful of employees in a local start-up environment to more than 100 loan consultants across the country. Previously, Nick was a sales executive at several home mortgage companies and an automotive dealership, giving him an extensive understanding of home and automotive finance and refinance.
John Carrington, SVP of Market Strategy
John Carrington is a seasoned sales executive with 30 years of experience in the automotive finance industry. He is responsible for developing the company’s B2B sales strategy with a specific concentration on building our national network of credit union partners. John has extensive credit union CUSO leadership experience with success in building credit union lender relationships. Prior to joining iLendingDIRECT, John served as the VP of Sales for CU Direct Corporation (CUDL), where he oversaw the expansion of the CUDL brand to all 50 states and five regional sales locations with more than 1,100 credit unions and 14,000 automotive dealers.
Stephanie Meinerz, VP of Operations
Stephanie Meinerz is responsible for leading the internal processes for promoting and ensuring iLendingDIRECT’s compliance with laws, regulations, company policies and contracts. She also chairs our compliance committee, which oversees compliance risk management and internal complaint reporting programs. Additionally, she is responsible for formulating and implementing iLendingDIRECT’s policies and procedures, including ensuring that appropriate and effective goals are developed, implemented, and monitored in accordance with governmental standards and requirements and our company’s core values.
Mark Lindley, VP of Technology
Mark leads the technology department and is responsible for technology-related services including infrastructure, security, communication services, and software development. Prior to joining iLendingDIRECT, he worked as a Sr. Director of Software Development and Enterprise Architecture at TPX Communications, where he was responsible for leading the software development teams, both on- and offshore, and providing architectural direction for the company. Overall, he has 30 years of experience in the telecommunication, technology consulting, and financial services industries in software engineering and leadership roles.
Kostya Gradushy, VP of Data Analytics & Strategy
Kostya Gradushy leads the data department and is responsible for building and communicating data-driven insights that allow company executives and management to make more informed decisions. Prior to joining iLendingDIRECT, he worked as a VP of Strategic Analysis at Computershare, where he was responsible for leading the Strategic Analysis team and implementing reporting and analytics solutions, including collections strategy, predictive models, and revenue models. Overall he spent 15 years in the mortgage industry in the analytics capacity working for such companies as Clayton Holdings, Black Knight Financial Services, and Computershare.
Terry Criger, Controller
Terry Criger is responsible for running the finance team of iLendingDIRECT, supporting growth initiatives, and meeting the overall financial goals of the company. He’s spent the bulk of his 20+ year career in financial services, including 14 years in leadership as VP of Operations, Director of Accounting, and Controller for CRIF Corporation USA. As VP of Operations for CRIF, Terry successfully helped add +$2.5 MM to the bottom line, resulting in +20% growth in the company by making lending much easier between auto dealers and the lenders. Terry has extensive knowledge and expertise in indirect auto lending marketing and providing LOS solutions to lending institutions.
Lara Bernhardt, Director of Marketing
Lara Bernhardt is responsible for all B2C & B2B marketing, lead generation, communications, and branding strategies at iLendingDIRECT. In her tenure at iLendingDIRECT, she has built a comprehensive digital and direct marketing strategy and actively leads the improvement of user experience initiatives. In her 17 years of experience, Lara has delivered substantial audience growth for notable brands in the financial, retail, hospitality, and entertainment spaces. Throughout her career, she has specialized in lead generation, direct-to-consumer communications, brand building, content creation, and marketing persona development.
